EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The Penny Consulting Group aims to strengthen women in executive leadership roles, create opportunities for women to learn from each other and amplify the amazing skills and talents of these women. Through our partnership with Librada Estrada Consulting, we help women navigate the very important role of “leader” via a series of innovative trainings, webinars, mini-conferences, and social media conversations. While we recognize that all leaders can benefit from professional development, the Penny Consulting Group places a special emphasis on emerging leaders and individuals who have been in their roles as Executive Directors or Chief Executive Officers for five years or less. The first few years in an executive leadership position can often be challenging and stressful with a steep learning curve of non-profit management. Whether it is strategic visioning, professional coaching, or identifying innovative ways to work better with your board of directors, we are here to support you through the successes and the hurdles of leadership.
